1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phdram ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), governing your use of all gaming services, software, and website content provided through phdram.cam and associated mobile applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the phdram platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using phdram services and close your account.

These Terms incorporate by reference all rules, guidelines, and policies posted on the phdram website, including but not limited to game-specific rules, bonus terms, responsible gaming policies, and anti-money laundering procedures. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of phdram services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with phdram, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and strictly enforced by phdram. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Falsifying age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent, are under guardianship, or are otherwise legally restricted from entering contractual agreements may not use phdram services.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and when accessing phdram services. Our platform uses geo-location technology to verify compliance with this requirement. You may not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location. phdram services are offered exclusively to Philippine residents under PAGCOR licensing and are not available to persons located outside Philippine territory.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be currently self-excluded from phdram or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator. You must not appear on any national or international gambling exclusion lists. You represent that you are not prohibited from gambling by court order, family agreement, or any other legal restriction.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access phdram gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile phone number registered in the Philippines. Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with phdram. Creating multiple accounts, even for legitimate purposes, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Verification

phdram implements a tiered verification system in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. Initial registration requires email and mobile phone verification. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Postal ID). For withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 in any 30-day period, you must provide proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdram account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You must immediately notify phdram Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or become aware of any security breach. phdram will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information in your phdram account remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. You are obligated to update your account information within seven (7) days of any change to your contact information, address, or payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals, account restrictions, or closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phdram accepts deposits through Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, over-the-counter deposits at 7-Eleven CLiQQ outlets, and direct bank deposits to designated accounts at BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Unverified accounts are limited to PHP 20,000 per transaction and PHP 50,000 per day. Fully verified accounts have transaction limits of PHP 100,000 per transaction and PHP 500,000 per day. You may set voluntary deposit limits through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.

4.3 Payment Processing

E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are processed instantly with funds appearing in your phdram balance within 30 seconds of successful payment. Bank transfers via InstaPay are processed within 1-2 hours during banking hours. PesoNet transfers are processed within 24 hours on business days. Over-the-counter deposits are processed within 30 minutes of confirmation receipt. All deposit times are approximate and may vary based on third-party payment processor performance.

4.4 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. phdram reserves the right to reject deposits, freeze accounts, and confiscate funds deposited from payment methods not registered to the account holder. This policy is mandated by anti-money laundering regulations and is enforced without exception.

4.5 Currency and Fees

All phdram account balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos. phdram does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or remittance center) may impose their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the player. Any currency conversion fees for deposits made in currencies other than PHP will be borne by the player at the prevailing exchange rate of the payment processor.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from phdram, your account must be fully verified with identity documents approved, you must have completed the wagering requirements for any active bonuses, your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or restrictions, and you must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name matching your account details.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 for all payment methods. Maximum withdrawal limits are PHP 100,000 per transaction and PHP 500,000 per week for verified accounts. Higher withdrawal limits may be arranged for VIP players upon request to Customer Support. You may request multiple withdrawals provided you remain within the weekly limit.

5.3 Processing Times

phdram strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT, Monday through Friday). Bank transfers via InstaPay are processed within 1-2 hours during banking hours. Regular bank transfers take 1-2 business days. First-time withdrawals may require up to 24 hours for security verification. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

As an anti-money laundering measure, phdram requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If you deposited via GCash, your withdrawal must be to the same GCash number. If you used multiple deposit methods, withdrawals will be proportionally allocated to match deposit methods until the deposited amounts are withdrawn, after which you may withdraw to your preferred method. Exceptions may be granted in cases where the original deposit method is no longer available, subject to additional verification.

5.5 Withdrawal Verification

phdram reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. This may include requests for additional identification documents, proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or a live video verification call with our security team. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in withdrawal cancellation and return of funds to your gaming balance.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Promotional Eligibility

All bonuses and promotions offered by phdram are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotional page or communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Players who abuse promotional offers through creation of multiple accounts or other fraudulent means will have all bonuses forfeited and accounts permanently closed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 8x (eight times ) the bonus amount for slot games and 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount for table games and live casino. Different promotions may have different wagering requirements as specified in their terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, video poker contributes 50%, table games contribute 10%, live casino games contribute 10%, and baccarat contributes 0%. Maximum bet while wagering a bonus is PHP 200 per spin or hand.

6.3 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period and wagered within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed bonuses or partially wagered bonuses that exceed the expiration period will be forfeited along with any associated winnings. phdram will send reminder notifications as bonuses approach expiration, but it remains the player's responsibility to monitor bonus status and complete wagering requirements within the allowed timeframe.

6.4 Bonus Terms Priority

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence. All promotional decisions made by phdram management are final and binding.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All phdram games are governed by their specific rules available within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before wagering. All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and certified by iTech Labs to ensure fair and random outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical expectations, not guarantees for individual sessions.

Sports betting markets are subject to the rules published in the sportsbook section. phdram reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious errors including incorrect odds, clearly misstated markets, or technical glitches. Settlement of sports bets follows official league results. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.

phdram employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns, collusion, arbitrage abuse, and other forms of advantage play that violate the spirit of fair gaming. The Company reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close accounts engaged in such activities.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered to other persons
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of fraudulent play with other users
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Using automated systems, bots, or third-party software to place wagers
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or synchronized betting across multiple platforms
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack phdram software
• Money laundering or using phdram services for any illegal purpose
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players
• Bonus hunting or abuse through creating multiple accounts or coordinated play
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputing legitimate transactions

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. phdram cooperates fully with law enforcement in investigating fraud and illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phdram platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the phdram trademark are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phdram services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any phdram content except as necessary for normal platform use in your web browser or mobile app.

Game content, including game designs, mechanics, and mathematical models, are the property of their respective software providers and used by phdram under license. Unauthorized recording, streaming, or commercial use of game content violates intellectual property rights and may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phdram and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use phdram services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or business losses, even if phdram has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phdram's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of services shall not exceed the amount of your account balance or the amount of deposits made in the six months preceding the claim, whichever is less. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.

phdram is not responsible for failures caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor errors, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, phdram does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or technical issues.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with phdram, you must first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate to our senior management by sending a detailed written complaint via email.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through phdram's internal complaint procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts. These Terms are governed by Philippine law, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of such forum.

For disputes involving amounts less than PHP 50,000, phdram encourages mediation before litigation. The parties agree to attempt good faith mediation through a neutral third party acceptable to both sides before filing any court action.

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your phdram account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Before account closure, you must withdraw all account funds and forfeit any active bonuses. Accounts with zero balance may be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements will require bonus forfeiture before closure. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

12.2 Involuntary Termination

phdram reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, abuse bonuses or promotions, exhibit problematic gambling behavior despite intervention, or for any other reason at the Company's sole discretion. Upon termination, you will forfeit all account balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds except in cases where termination was in error.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. After 18 months of inactivity, phdram reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 500 or 10% of the account balance, whichever is less, deducted from dormant accounts. Accounts with balances below PHP 100 after 24 months of inactivity may be closed with funds donated to charitable organizations supporting responsible gaming initiatives in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to Terms

phdram reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered players and prominently displayed on the website for at least 30 days. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of phdram services following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using phdram services and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
